Vancouver likes to Party

Growing up in Canada gave me the ability to appreciate and groove to heavey electro, so when I heard the following Mix tape, I instinctively started Dance Partying. Check it out, a few friends from the Motherland (Vancouver, BC) Sam Demoe and Blontron sent me over their new latest mixtape, titled Whole Hood of Meds. These Dj`s set parties off all over Vancouver, if your ever in Van you gotta check them out. Last summer when I was home Sam Demoe and the boys at Schitz Popinov DJ`d my sisters 100+ person House party, 20 ft slip and slides and 10 person bath tub partys. Shit got/was wild/weird but hey thats how I like it! Thanks for keep`n it roots!

Gabe Kling, 29, got through the first two rounds of the Nike 6.0 Lower Pro with second place advances, yet when it came time to perform he was able to step things up. SKATE 3

Last month I was skating at the V park when this chick approached me and asked if I wanted to be in a commrcial for AE Sports. Turned out to be a 14 foot vert ramp for the latest Skate Video game, Skate 3. I was like hahaha, no fucking way I am skating a 14 ft vert ramp. The shoot was fun, got paid bank and got to watch all the homies skate. The final outcome of the commercial is whateves but the leaked beginning trailer for the game is pretty creative and adventurous. I also got a phone call yesterday from my agent saying they are having a release party at the Venice Skate Park tomorrow, Wednesday, May 12. If your around come check it out.

So my phone ended up taking a dip in the hot tube time machine over the weekend. But its all good because its partying with Major Lazers in the future. These guys are so Brilliant.

Beautiful and Odd/ Mochotaildrop

Canadian filmmakers Corey Adams and Alex Craig’s ambitious debut feature Machotaildrop has been unveiled. What seems to be a revolutionary concept for a skate film is the result of $1,000,000 in prize money from a Fuel TV short film contest. The film is a highly visual and fantastical journey about an amateur skateboarder exploring the dreams of sponsorship and stardom in a fanciful realm. Alice in Wonderland meets The Search for Animal Chin with this weird Clock Work Orange Vibe. A release date for Machotaildrop has yet to be confirmed.

It has been 17 days and finally I think I am starting hit reality. Ever since its annual demise, I have been pissed that Choachella is over. I seem to be aquainted and custome to partying all day and night . Thank god I have friends who also like to party. On that note THE TWELVES & GRUM are playing a sold out show at V-Lounge on Saturday. I have heard from multiple sources that The Twelves make some of the sickest remixes, Beat that. From what I have heard I rather froth to GRUM, both of them seem like the kind of music you would enjoy thizz`n to. I`ll let you be the judge of it.

The After Math

Recovering from Coachella may be close to impossible, but I managed to do it last year, I think I`ll survive another year. The show was Epic. I`m surprised I even watched a few bands considering I was mangled sitting up against a fence, either inside the beer gardens or outside the beer gardens for a large percent of my time spent inside Coachella. Come to think about it being at the concert may have been my resting time for the weekend. As the days pass and I continue my life, I start to get this nostalgic feeling every time I hear certain songs. Its quit fulfilling! Lets see if you get the same feelings.
